Monitoring Objective
Blast monitoring must preserve a short event completely, recording three-axis velocity waveforms and peaks together with monitor location, trigger settings and event time.
Monitoring Parameters
- Three-axis vibration velocity waveforms and peaks
- Sampling rate, trigger threshold and pre-trigger time
- Terminal position, communications and battery state
- Tilt change at surrounding structures
Typical Configuration
The RT-2001 blast vibration monitoring terminal captures, stores and transfers blast waveforms. Where structural attitude is also needed, separate tilt monitoring points can be specified for nearby bridges, buildings or unstable rock.
Deployment Considerations
Rigidly secure the triaxial velocity sensor and align it with the blast direction. After installation, run a single acquisition from the magnetic control or app and confirm the waveform, communications and cloud record.
FAQ
Can the system operate without 4G coverage?
The low-power configuration supports Bluetooth history retrieval and optional LoRa. Locally stored records can synchronize when network access returns.
