Inclination
Track tilt angle and its long-term changes.
Wireless inclination monitoring
A compact unit combines tilt sensing, acquisition, a lithium thionyl chloride battery, 4G Cat.1 connectivity and positioning. Adhesive or L-bracket mounting needs no field power or data cabling. Scheduled readings switch to additional reports when tilt or vibration acceleration reaches a threshold, with server upload within 15 seconds.

Measurements
The RT-1070 acquires inclination and azimuth on a schedule. Occasional vibration can produce peak acceleration readings and trigger additional reports. Internal device temperature and battery state support device checks.
Track tilt angle and its long-term changes.
Identify the direction of inclination and deformation.
Record peak vibration acceleration for occasional events greater than 10mg.
Record internal device temperature and battery state to assess operating condition.
Obtain latitude and longitude for monitoring point location and field management.
Installation
Select the mounting method for the surface and accuracy requirement. Both need no field power or data cabling; secure mounting is essential to the measurement.

Fix the bracket firmly to the structure and tighten the sensor screws evenly. Tilt accuracy is ±0.005° within ±30°.

For flat, clean and dry surfaces. Adhesive mounting reduces drilling and bracket work; allow 24 hours for full curing. Tilt accuracy is 0.05°.
Record the location and device serial number. Use a magnet to trigger a communications test and confirm successful upload.

Scheduled acquisition, two threshold triggers and a long-life battery support distributed installations. Remote viewing and configuration are available through a WeChat Mini Program.
When tilt or vibration acceleration reaches a configured threshold, additional reporting begins and data can reach the server within 15 seconds.
More than 60 months at a 4-hour reporting interval and over 18,000 data reports reduce battery replacement and field maintenance.
Use the WeChat Mini Program to view data and change settings remotely, reducing commissioning and maintenance visits.
More than 140,000 units deployed across the RT-1050 and RT-1070 series combined.
Applications
Suited to dispersed monitoring points with difficult cabling or no field power.
Monitor tilt and occasional vibration from a sensor fixed to the rock surface.
Track inclination and azimuth at walls and other key structural locations.
Monitor inclination and occasional vibration at selected points, with data sent over 4G.
Track long-term inclination and azimuth at selected positions without field power or data cabling.

Discuss your monitoring requirementsRT-1070 is compact and easy to install, using 4G Cat.1 for distributed deployments. RT-1050 has approximately four times the battery capacity, providing greater operating reserve, and offers options for projects requiring LoRa or SM2/SM4 encryption.
The secure L-bracket method provides ±0.005° accuracy within ±30°. Adhesive mounting is simpler on flat, clean and dry surfaces, with 0.05° accuracy. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure completely.
RT-1070 primarily monitors inclination. It measures peak acceleration for occasional vibration greater than 10mg and can trigger additional reporting. Choose a dedicated vibration product when continuous waveforms or spectrum analysis are required.
