RT-1000Data Acquisition Terminal

Deploy long-term monitoring without solar power or an extra enclosure

Connect RT-1010, RT-1020 and other sensors with integrated acquisition, storage and 4G transmission. An internal 76Ah lithium thionyl chloride battery provides over five years of operation with a two-hour acquisition and reporting cycle. IP68 protection eliminates the need for an additional enclosure, while the internal battery removes the need for external power and solar equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Which sensors can be connected?

Supported products include the RT-1010 Shape Array, RT-1020 In-Place Inclinometer, RT-1021 Multipoint Settlement Sensor and RT-1030 3D Tilt & Vibration Sensor. Confirm sensor count, interfaces and acquisition settings for the project configuration.

What operating conditions support over five years of battery life?

This applies to the internal 76Ah lithium thionyl chloride battery with a two-hour acquisition and reporting cycle. Confirm battery life for higher acquisition rates or different sensor combinations.

Does it require external or solar power?

No external power, solar panels, charge controller or external power wiring is required. The internal lithium thionyl chloride battery supports long-term monitoring at sites without a field power supply.

Is a protective enclosure required?

The terminal itself has IP68 protection and needs no additional protective enclosure. Secure the terminal, connect the sensor and seal the connectors as specified.

What work is needed on site?

Secure the terminal to a wall, pole or other suitable location using a bracket, connect the sensor cable, test communications and check the data on the platform. Choose a location with mobile network coverage.

What happens when connectivity is interrupted?

The terminal has built-in 64 Mbit storage and automatically resends data when connectivity is restored, helping consolidate monitoring records.
